Ningbo Mingda Group Company, which has begun to produce knitted clothing for imports and exports since 1974, is the earliest producer of this line in Ningbo China. After decades' accumulation and especially painstaking efforts of the recent 5 years, the company has maintained impetus of rapid development all along for its production operation. Scale increasing daily and scope expanding gradually, the company now owns 12 full-investment workshop of weaving, dyeing, sewing, embroidery, printing etc. As large sized foreign trade enterprise, which possesses rights of imports and exports, our company was recognized as one of top100 Enterprise of Ningbo by the government. In 2003, with the new Mingda Industrial City completed and put into production, our group became more competitive and was in leading position in this line of the country.
The group company covers an total area of 210,000 square meters and building area of 110,000 square meters; And our total capital is up to 380 million RMB Yuan; There are 4000 working members, 289 professional technicians and more than 100 persons dealing with foreign trade businesses; Equipped with 2500 imported sewing equipments of different kinds, 110 disc knitting machines from Fuyuan of Japan and Maiye of German, 180 sets/suits dyeing equipments of Italy, German, Hong Kong and Taiwan and 40 Japanese computer embroidery machine, the group is capable of annual productivity of knitted garments of 15 million pieces and knitting cloth of 20000 tons. Headquarters of the group is located in the newly built Mingda Industrial City (Wuxiang Industrial Zone, Tongtu Road, Ningbo). It's 6km away from Ningbo city area and 20km away from Beilun Port. We have advantaged geographical location and very convenient transportation.
Engaged in production of knitted clothing in 1974, the group produces products 100% for exports, as a made-to-order manufacturer, products mainly including T-shirts, sports wears, casual garments for men's women's kids' and babies'. Our products are sold far to 30 countries of areas of USA, Canada, Japan, EC, Middle South America and the Middle East. While reinforcing business relationships with numerous clients by superior products, we have gathered rounds and rounds of new orders. In 2003, we realized annual production value of 360 million, exports foreign currency of 30 million dollars. Therefore, the group has been evaluated as "Excellent Manufacturer of Self Exports".
Years coming up will be the age of rapid development of Mingda.
